CEO of CENTURY 21 Select Group, with 14 offices and 100 staff.  I began my career in 1979 as a salesperson.  I moved into management in 1981 and became a partner in 1986.  In 2002 I initiated the merger of multiple offices and promoted the growth from 5 offices in 2002 to 14 by 2008, where I sit on the Board of Directors and I am the acting Chief Exectuive Officer.  I hold a position of Director on the CENTURY 21 Broker Council of Eastern PA.   I am a member of the  PMAR Grievance Committee and Trustee for the Government Affairs Committee.    In 2007 I earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation,  recognized industry-wide as the measure of success in brokerage and real estate business management. The designation is awarded by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers to REALTORS® who have completed the Council's advanced educational and professional requirements. CRB designees consistently increase their level of industry knowledge, advance their earning and career potential, increase their firm’s profitability and benefit from active involvement in a network of real estate professionals.
